Submission of an application or registration with Bluestar does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment placement, or future opportunities. All hiring decisions are made solely by the client employer.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Bluestar agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable employment laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
  • Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes.
  • Notify Bluestar regarding hiring decisions and candidate outcomes.

Clients shall not directly approach candidates introduced by Bluestar to circumvent agreed recruitment arrangements.

5. Recruitment Fees and Commercial Terms

Where recruitment services are provided to clients:

  • Commercial terms shall be governed by separate agreements, proposals, engagement letters, purchase orders, or service contracts.
  • Fees become payable in accordance with agreed commercial terms.
  • Payment obligations remain enforceable irrespective of internal approval processes.
  • Specific commercial arrangements shall prevail over these website Terms & Conditions where applicable.
